Sales Support Engineer

Produal offers a flexible and varied position within a growing company with high technical expertise. You will have good opportunities to influence your role and development, as well as be involved in the company's expansion. You will report directly to the Managing Director in Sweden.

Produal Group is wholly owned by Bemsiq AB, which is the business unit within Investment AB Latour focused on energy efficiency and automation for buildings. Produal offers its customers complete solutions for measurement and control within building automation.

Key responsibilities

From our office in Tyresö, you will work with all types of technical support, both internally and externally. In your daily work you will support our sales and customers with a wide range of technical questions related to Produal’s products like building controllers, transmitters, sensors, valves and actuators as well as other special measurement equipment.

In the long term, you will also work with training, participate in trade fairs and other customer events to inform about and create visibility for our products. You will play an important role in our handling and follow-up of reclamations, which means you will work closely with our R&D and manufacturing in Finland.

• A relevant technical educational background
• Experience from building automation and HVAC industry
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
• Social and communicative, with strong drive
• Enjoy putting the customer in focus
